Another excellent series
so much content for your money here, a great instructional no matter if you are training from home on the bag and wanting structure or if you are a coach wanting to introduce a syllabus or structure to your teaching. id recommend the previous academy year one series too. almost 8 hours of content. that you can straight up use as is or add into your own pad work methods or systems you have already. A definite recommendation for money and time well spent always over 30 pages of a4 notes written down for each volume of useful drills and techniques/combos to build on your freestyle pad work,
